WALTHAM, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Two women were stabbed overnight in a quiet Waltham neighborhood.
Police found the bloodied victims at 18 Wheelock Rd., a home right next door to an elementary school. Both were rushed to area hospitals where they are expected to survive.
The suspect fled the scene, but Waltham Police say they caught up with a teen covered in blood who was allegedly trying to steal a vehicle on nearby Highland St. The 16-year-old from Waltham was arrested in connection with the stabbing.
He will be arraigned at Waltham District Court.
