Tewksbury Police Arrest Woman For Alleged 4th OUI

TEWKSBURY, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A Wilmington woman was arrested for an alleged fourth OUI charge in Tewksbury on Thursday night.

Police were called at 8:45 PM for reports of an erratic driver with no headlights on, driving along Main Street. Police pulled over the driver, later identified as Kimberly Labossiere of Wilmington, and showed signs of impairment.

Police charged Labossiere with several motor vehicle violations, including having an open container of alcohol, negligent operation, and defective headlights.

The woman was arraigned on Friday in Lowell District Court.
