CONCORD, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) —The New Hampshire primary elections are on Tuesday, Jan 23, and many voters from the Granite State have some idea of who they intend to support when it’s time to cast their ballots.

WBZ’s Shari Small spoke with some voters, whose opinions on who they would like to see in the Oval Office in 2025 varies significantly.

“I hope everyone’s voting for Trump,” said a male voter. “I think everything would be a lot cheaper around [here] you know? He’s a businessman so [he would] run the country like a businessman. I think it would be a lot better than how Biden is running things right now.”

While this New Hampshire voter did not seem to be pleased with Biden, he also did not seem to be satisfied with Republican frontrunner Trump either.

“Looking at the Republican candidates, if I was to vote that way I would have to lean towards Nikki Haley. I’m scared of having Trump back in office."

According to Five Thirty Eight Polls as of Wednesday, the latest New Hampshire data indicates that Trump is leading the polls with 44.4% of the vote, Haley is not too far behind Trump, with 31.4% of the vote heading into the Jan 23 primary.
