FOXBORO, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — On the same night more than 15,000 pumped and jacked Celtics fans are watching Game 3 from Dallas at the TD Garden Watch Party, the stars are out at Gillette Stadium to watch Tom Brady be inducted into the New England Patriots Hall of Fame.

NBC's Mike Tirico is hosting the ceremony while comedian Bill Burr is one of the many special guests.

Gillette Stadium has been filling up with fans proudly wearing #12 Tom Brady jerseys. "The back of my jersey and my hat say 'GOAT' representing a man of long-term achievement," said one fan.

Another said he never would have missed this event. "Brady is an idol of mine. Growing up and watching him was just remarkable."

Hundreds of former players and former teammates of Brady are expected to attend the celebration including Rob Gronkowski, Drew Bledsoe, Julian Edelman, Randy Moss, Wes Welker, and Vince Wilfork.

Patriot's owner Robert Kraft will be on hand.

And while Coach Bill Belichick did not leave the team on good terms, he will be taking part in the event.

Brady is scheduled to speak last.

He becomes the 35th member of the New England Patriots Hall of Fame.
