MILTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Two local colleges are dealing with disturbing, threatening, and racist messages discovered on their campuses.

Police were called to investigate in both cases.

At Curry College in Milton, graffiti containing a threatening message was found in a bathroom located in an academic building.

A spokesperson for the college wouldn't tell WBZ NewsRadio what the message contained, but said the school is taking the matter very seriously. The graffiti has been removed.

At Framingham State University, a racist message was written on a napkin and slipped under the door of a dorm room. That message contained the Spanish for meaning "to die."

Last month, a racist message targeting African-Americans was found in a bathroom. Several similar messages were found at Framingham State University in 2017.
