BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Tim McGraw's concert at TD Garden this week will now be taking place a few days early.
McGraw was originally set to hit the stage in Boston on Friday, May 10 as part of his Standing Room Only Tour.

However, that date will now be used for Game 3 of the second-round Stanley Cup Playoffs series between the Boston Bruins and the Florida Panthers, according to the schedule announced by the NHL. The Bruins defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs in Game 7 of their first round playoffs series Saturday night to clinch a berth into the next round.
McGraw's concert at the Garden will now happen on Wednesday, May 8.
All tickets for the original concert date will be honored and refunds are available at point of purchase, TD Garden's website says.
