Toddler Hit By Pickup Truck In Kingston

KINGSTON, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A toddler was hit by a pick-up truck Saturday morning in kingston. First responders were at the scene on Station Street at around 9:40 a.m.

According to WBZ-TV, the 18-month-old child was taken to Silver Laker Regional High School and then med-flighted to Boston Children’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The child was reportedly conscious and alert while being transported. The driver of the vehicle, an 88-year-old man from Pembroke, was not hurt and remained on scene.

Police said no charges are being filed at this time.
