Transit Police Looking For Man Accused Of 'Lewd Act' On Green Line

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — MBTA Transit Police are asking the public's help in finding a man accused of "lewd and lascivious conduct" on the Green Line.

Police said the incident happened on a Green Line train near Boylston Street at around 4 p.m. Monday.

The suspect allegedly recorded a woman on his cellphone while he stared at her and "committed a lewd act," police said.

According to a photo from police, the suspect is a Black man wearing a Yankees cap, a grey shirt, a black zip-up jacket, and grey pants at the time of the incident.
