"As soon as we saw it, we walked out of class and left," one person told WBZ NewsRadio. "Our teacher might not be too happy."

That morning, rap star Tyler, the Creator announced a surprise half-hour show at 3 p.m. at Converse Lovejoy Wharf. Tickets were only $5.
"Don't be late. Show will start on the dot," Tyler told fans on his Instagram story.
The Grammy Award-winning rapper, born Tyler Okonma, dropped his seventh studio album "Chromakopia" on Monday. A world tour scheduled for next year will include a two-night stop at TD Garden on July 8 and 9, but this was a Halloween treat fans could not pass up.
"I love the new album," said Boston rapper Oompa while waiting in line. "I think that I’m watching all his influences kinda coalesce together, everything that he’s worked on. The best of everything he’s done in the past is, like, coming together on this album. I love the story."
"He’s, like, my favorite artist of all time," a fan said. "He’s been there since I was a kid, and just kind of teaching me how to be, like, myself around the people I was with. So it’s a really special opportunity."
