FRAMINGHAM, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Headstones at Saint Stephen's Cemetery in Framingham were knocked over and smashed last week. 23 gravestones were damaged, most of which were burial sites of children and nuns.
Investigators said that they believe the vandals struck at night or early in the morning last week.

Bob Farrow noticed the damage and said to WBZ-TV, "I walked the corner- and saw about 20 of the headstones that were flipped over, obviously they were vandalized the night before."
Framingham police asked that anyone with information related to the incident give them a call.
