Wahlburgers Is Bringing Meals To Coronavirus Workers

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Wahlburgers is donating 2,000 meals to first responders and health care workers working to fight the coronavirus.

WBZ-TV reports that the meal deliveries will begin on Thursday, with the Boston Fire Department in Allston scheduled as the first stop.

On Thursday, meals will be taken to multiple fire and police stations in Boston, as well as three state police barracks. And on Friday, they will deliver meals to health care workers in the Boston area.

The restaurant also are plans to bring food to first responders in Worcester and the coronavirus testing lab at UMass Memorial Medical Center.
