BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) – A water main break on Wednesday has shut down part of a busy area in downtown Boston.
Boston Police said officers were on scene to deal with the break at the intersection of Huntington Avenue and Ring Road. They added Huntington Avenue will be closed between Exeter Street and West Newton Street to address the incident.

Boston Water and Sewer tells WBZ NewsRadio that they sent crews to the scene as well. People are being advised to avoid the area.
