BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Graduation season is in full-swing, and what's the best gift for those adorning a cap and gown?
Sarah Dunbar from Cambridge told WBZ NewsRadio that a holiday is well-deserved.
“Some place they’ve never been,” she said. “Relax, restore, [and] have big ideas.”
UMass grad Dia agrees. “We’ve been stuck in the same place for four years,” she explained. “It’s time to travel now for a lot of my friends, so that would be a great gift.”
While a plane ticket seems like the most popular choice, one mom said a sentimental item also would not go wrong.
“I have a daughter that’s graduating next year, so I would say maybe a necklace or a charm or something that has coordinates of where either they went to school or their home,” she said.
