SOMERVILLE, Mass. (AP) — Massachusetts authorities have identified a woman who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver while walking in a crosswalk with another woman who was injured.

Police in Somerville and Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan said Saturday that the victim who died was 40-year-old Allison Donovan, of Somerville. Officials say the other woman has been discharged from a hospital.

Police say the hit-and-run happened shortly after 7 p.m. Friday. The driver remains at large.

Authorities say they're looking for a newer model, full-size, black pickup truck with front-end damage on the driver's side. Police say the truck had a black cover over the bed and is possibly a Ford F-150.
