BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — It was a dominant weekend for Boston in the playoffs this past weekend.

With the National Hockey League and National Basketball Association playoffs now underway, the excitement only continues to grow in Boston. The Bruins and Celtics have both won their first games of the first round at TD Garden.

The Bruins play the Toronto Maple Leafs at 7:00 P.M. on Monday at TD Garden. The Celtics are back in action against the Miami Heat at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday at TD Garden.

WBZ NewsRadio’s Chris Fama spoke with fans about how they were feeling about the playoff games ahead.

“I think they’re going to win,” said one Celtics fan.

“I’m super pumped about them. Both were dominating wins so we’re pretty excited,” said another fan.

“Hopefully, the Bruins know what happened last year,” said one Bruins fan.

“I made a bet: the Bruins and the Celtics to win the championship this year,” said another fan.

“You always block off the calendar. Obviously, with the wife's Google Calendar, make sure four hours are blocked [and a] little leeway time on either end,” said another fan.
