BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The stars are out in Boston Monday for a new Draft Kings commercial.

Bruins Legend Zdeno Chara and comedian Lenny Clarke were spotted at North Station Monday morning for a commercial shoot featuring The Sausage Guy cart. David Littlefield and his son Jet, who run The Sausage Guy, also got to star in the commercial.

"It's really cool to meet the talented people behind the scenes but also to see the celebrities be part of what they do," David Littlefield told WBZ's James Rojas.

Jet Littlefield said it was cool to get to talk with Chara and Clarke.

"We hung out with them for an hour or an hour and a half and [we] have nothing but good things to say," he said.

Along with Chara and Clarke, other Boston celebrities like Red Sox slugger David Ortiz, Olympic Gold Medalist Aly Raisman, NBA Champion and Celtics broadcaster Brian Scalabrine, and more will feature in the ad. The Massachusetts Gaming Commission recently approved Draft Kings' application for a temporary mobile sports betting license.

David Littlefield said it was fun to be involved in the shoot and see what goes into making a commercial.

"It's amazing to see the team behind it and what it takes," he said. "We've been here for four and a half hours and it could only be 30 seconds."

The shoot is set to continue at Bova's Bakery in the North End later in the day Monday.
