Income Based Graduated Parking Tickets? Boston City Councilor Julia Mejia is contemplating a new way of ticketing people in the Hub. The Councilor wants to talk about the concept of income-adjusted parking tickets to protect families caught in the city's income gap, the widest in the country according to recent data. Is paying a fine based upon your income fair or does it create a justice disparity?

Calling the Police on a Six-Year-Old. Administrators at Valley Forge Elementary School in Wayne, PA called police after a 6-year-old little girl with Down Syndrome pointed her finger at a teacher like a gun and said, “I shoot you.” Dan will speak with the child's mom, Maggie Gaines, about her shock at how the school handled the situation. Attorney General Barr Pushes Back. The U.S. Attorney General William Barr is asking the President to cut back on his twitter criticisms regarding the Justice Department, saying, “I’m not going to be bullied or influenced by anybody.” In an ABC News interview today, Barr said the presidential comments about people in the department, pending cases and judges before whom the DOJ have cases make it impossible for him to do his job with integrity.
