Punishing President Trump's Attorneys. The editorial board of the Boston Globe is calling for sanctions against the President's lawyers for bringing baseless lawsuits which are "sabotaging Americans' faith in the election system and in democracy itself." The board says the rebukes from judges who dismissed what they called groundless complaints is not enough. They want state disciplinary boards to get involved. Do you agree? Boston University School of Law Professor Jack Beermann comes on to discuss further!

PJ O'Rourke is in the House. Author, columnist, and satirist PJ O'Rourke joins Dan to discuss his new book, A Cry From the Far Middle: Dispatches From a Divided Land. In this new offering, O’Rourke wonders if American politics will be fundamentally changed and touches on such topics as government shutdowns, the death of liberalism, the return of piety, COVID-19, protests, and the rise of social media. Get your observations ready!

Fly the Friendly But Damp Skies... The Civil Aviation Administration of China, the agency responsible for setting best practices on aircrafts and in airports in China, is advising flight attendants traveling to and from high-risk countries to wear medical masks, gloves, goggles, hats, and diapers so as to be able to avoid the lavatories. Airline bathrooms have been suggested as a possible source of COVID infection. Is this really the best answer to a safe flight during the pandemic? Wouldn’t a UV light in the restroom to kill germs make more sense? Would you get on a flight if you had to wear a diaper?
