In lieu of jail time for possession of controlled substances, a civil fine of $50 would be given. Passing with Flying Colors! The Biden Administration has rolled back the former Trump Administration’s naturalization civics test and resorted now to the 2008 version of the test. Trump’s 2020 version of the civics test includes 128 questions making it tougher to become a citizen whereas the 2008 version includes 100 questions.
