Boston Bomber Not Out of the Woods Yet... The Supreme Court has agreed to review the case for reinstating the death penalty for Boston Marathon bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Tsarnaev's death sentence for setting off explosives, which killed three and wounded hundreds, was overturned last July by the First Circuit Court of Appeals. The petition to the Supreme Court was initially filed by the Trump Department of Justice. Should the death penalty stand for the Boston Bomber?
Blaming Trump. Hate crimes against Asian Americans have been on the rise since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic. Last week this surge in hate crimes was spotlighted when tragedy struck Atlanta where 6 Asian spa workers were gunned down. The Biden Administration has instructed its Border Patrol officials to deny all media requests for "ride-alongs" near the Border and to send all information queries to the press office in Washington for approval.
