Boston Bomber Not Out of the Woods Yet... The Supreme Court has agreed to review the case for reinstating the death penalty for Boston Marathon bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Tsarnaev's death sentence for setting off explosives, which killed three and wounded hundreds, was overturned last July by the First Circuit Court of Appeals. The petition to the Supreme Court was initially filed by the Trump Department of Justice. Should the death penalty stand for the Boston Bomber?

Blaming Trump. Hate crimes against Asian Americans have been on the rise since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic. Last week this surge in hate crimes was spotlighted when tragedy struck Atlanta where 6 Asian spa workers were gunned down. The Biden Administration as well as many Democratic leaders are citing President Trump’s rhetoric of calling the Coronavirus the “China virus”, as a big part of the reason anti-Asian hate crimes have been on the rise. Is this blame game and rhetoric helpful or hurtful to the country? NY Times Best Selling author and contributing editor of City Journal, Heather Mac Donald joins Dan to discuss.

No Press Allowed. This past week the media was in for a surprise when they were met with limited access to the U.S./Mexico Border and its migrant holding facilities. The Biden Administration has instructed its Border Patrol officials to deny all media requests for "ride-alongs" near the Border and to send all information queries to the press office in Washington for approval. Why the media blackout? Is the Biden Administration hiding the extent of the “crisis” at the Border from the American people? Who has been more transparent, the Trump or Biden Administration?
