RISE (Recurring Income for Success and Empowerment). The city of Cambridge announced a new pilot program that would give 120 low income single parent households a $500 a month payment during an 18-month trial period. This program is a first of its kind in New England that selects households through a lottery system and is fully funded by philanthropic partners. Are you in favor of this program?
