DJ Henry Might Get Justice After All. College student DJ Henry was shot and killed by police in 2010 while leaving a bar in Pleasantville, NY. Police had been called because of a fight unrelated to Henry and had shot into Henry’s car to stop it from driving away. A grand jury failed to indict anyone in the incident at the time. Now a decade later, awareness of racial injustice after a series of highly publicized cases such as the death of George Floyd, has renewed cries for the Henry case to be re-opened. DJ's parents join Dan to discuss the case.

An Illegal Alien Criminal Strikes Again. The Bristol County Sheriff's office has revealed that a man accused of raping a teenager on the Martha's Vineyard Ferry last week has been here illegally for two years after overstaying a 90-day visa in 2019. Bruno Sanches De Jesus is currently in jail. Should he get bail? Should he be deported? Sheriff Thomas Hodgson will be on to discuss what happens next.

The Anti-Vaxxers of West Point. Military cadets at West Point Academy who refuse to get the COVID vaccine are being put in solitary confinement. School officials also allegedly put daily pressure on students to get the jab including tactics such as refusing leave for those who will not submit. Many have already left the academy because of their treatment. Is it appropriate to use any means available to make people get the vaccine?
