Can You Say Satan? The Satanic Temple located in Salem, MA has filed a lawsuit against Boston for not being allowed to give the opening prayer for a city council meeting. A U.S. District Court Judge has allowed several of the complaints to move forward. The temple is arguing that it is against the First Amendment to pick and choose who can give an opening prayer and who cannot. Boston claims they are not discriminating against TST, they are enabling the councilors to invite various religious members from Boston’s own community to address the body. Do you think the Satanic Temple has a “snowballs chance in hell” of winning the suit? Lucien Greaves of the Satanic Temple joins Dan.

The Cleveland Guardians? Today the Cleveland “Indians” officially announced their new team name. Starting at the end of the 2021 season they will be called the Cleveland Guardians. Team Owner Paul Dolan said in a letter to fans that the name draws upon the iconic Guardians of Traffic statue proudly standing just outside Progressive Field on the Hope Memorial Bridge. Do you like the new team name?
