Unjust Firing? Denise Foley was a MassHealth worker who got fired for her Facebook post about mask enforcements comparing them to Nazi Germany. Following an investigation, MassHealth said they “no longer have confidence in her ability to perform her duties effectively.” The Liberty Justice Center filed a lawsuit on Foley’s behalf citing a violation of her First Amendment rights. Attorney Jeffrey Jennings and Denise Foley join Dan to discuss.

Not Interested… Viewership for the Olympics has been on the decline. This year’s Tokyo Olympic Games on NBC only pulled in 16.7 million viewers, which is the smallest audience for the network in the past 33 years. In comparison, the Rio de Janeiro Olympics in 2016 pulled in 26.5 million viewers. Why is there such a decline in viewership this year? Are you watching the Olympics? Why or why not?

Mask and Vaccine Mandates for All! Yesterday, due to the increasing number of COVID cases, the CDC made the announcement that they are recommending that in areas of high transmission, vaccinated individuals wear masks indoors. Additionally, President Biden said he is considering a vaccine mandate for all federal employees. Do you agree with the decision for all vaccinated individuals to wear masks in high transmission areas? What about a workplace vaccine mandate?
