Black Lives Matter Rhode Island is giving RI Senator Sheldon Whitehouse an ultimatum to cut ties with his Newport-based private beach club or the group will start protesting. Speculations arose last month that Bailey’s Beach Club, the club Whitehouse is a member at, is an “all-White” beach club that does not include members of color.
