Andrew Cuomo announced he is stepping down from office, one week after an investigation concluded that he had sexually harassed 11 women and retaliated against his accusers. His resignation will be effective in 14 days. His action saves him from a potentially lengthy impeachment trial in the New York Assembly. Should he now face criminal charges?
Gun Control and the Second Amendment. Last weekend in Chicago, 73 people were shot, 11 fatally, including a police officer. The shootings occurred during a 10-hour span that included three mass shootings where 16 people were wounded.
