Despite the Delta variant being the number one dominant strain of COVID, which represents 99% of cases, the Mu variant is a strain that has been added to the World Health Organization’s “variants of interest” list. Dr. Fauci says the Mu variant is “not an immediate threat” but will it eventually be a bigger threat than the Delta variant?
