Former Commissioner Gross Weighs In.... Former Boston Police Commissioner William Gross, head of a new PAC called Real Progress Boston Independent Expenditure Political Action Committee, joins Dan to discuss the Boston mayoral race. His committee’s mission statement is, "to support candidates for a better Boston who are for Real Progress and to oppose those who are not. To build a better Boston for the best education, safe neighborhoods, economic growth, better jobs, affordable housing and transportation.” Get your questions in before tomorrow’s primary!

Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer Says, In His Own Time. Justice Stephen Breyer says he understands why liberals are upset about the makeup of the highest court in the land, but he is still not ready to resign. The 83-year-old Justice has been on the bench since 1994 and while he understands activists want him to resign while a democrat is in power to replace him with another liberal voice, he is more concerned with the politics affecting the court. Is the Justice doing the right thing?
