Modica joins Dan to discuss what she calls the "erasure of Italian Americans."

Tsarnaev May Face Death...Again. Biden Administration attorneys are making the case this week before the U.S. Supreme Court to reinstate the death penalty for marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. EMT's are so scarce nationwide that ambulance companies are warning of long waits for 911 responses. The President himself commented this weekend about waiting lines in emergency rooms. What is causing all these back logs and how bad do you think it will get?
