Modica joins Dan to discuss what she calls the "erasure of Italian Americans."

Tsarnaev May Face Death...Again. Biden Administration attorneys are making the case this week before the U.S. Supreme Court to reinstate the death penalty for marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. At issue is whether Tsarnaev should be sentenced to life in prison, or face execution after an Appeals Court threw out the death sentence holding that the trial judge made a mistake in excluding evidence of Tsarnaev's brother's complicity in an earlier homicide. Should the death penalty be reinstated?

Shortages, Shortages, and More Shortages... This weekend Southwest Airlines canceled thousands of flights due to both pilot and air traffic controller shortages. Dock workers are in such short supply that cargo ships are getting into traffic jams off the country's ports. EMT's are so scarce nationwide that ambulance companies are warning of long waits for 911 responses. The President himself commented this weekend about waiting lines in emergency rooms. What is causing all these back logs and how bad do you think it will get?
