NH Push To Do Away With Auto Safety Inspections. A new bill in New Hampshire aims to do away with mandatory auto safety inspections for noncommercial cars and trucks. NH Rep. Make Way For Bicycles. The bike lane boom continues in Boston and beyond. Since the beginning of the Covid pandemic, biking activity in Massachusetts has increased by more than 25%, according to the MA DOT. Boston and other MA cities and towns are trying to create and expand protected bike lane networks. This would mean getting more people to turn to bicycles than cars for their routine travel. Convoys Cometh. Following the Canadian truckers’ “Freedom Convoy”, a protest against vaccine mandates and Covid-19 vaccine restrictions, U.S. truckers have decided to organize their own convoy. “The People’s Convoy” plans to gather in CA and roll across the United States all the way to D.C. protesting the government’s “unconstitutional mandates”. Dan discusses what implications have arisen and could continue to arise as a result of the convoys.
