Zelensky’s Appeal. This morning Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke to Canada’s Parliament where he pleaded with parliamentarians to implement a no-fly zone. When asked about a no-fly zone today Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly said, “Canada had not changed in its opposition to the tactic.” Tomorrow, Zelensky speaks to Congress here in the U.S. where it’s anticipated he will make the same plea.
