You Shall Only Protest At This Time… Boston City Council has approved an ordinance proposed by Mayor Wu that limits when people can protest in Boston’s residential neighborhoods. Under the ordinance approved with a 9-4 vote, picketing of an individual residence is permitted between 9AM and 9PM. Overnight protests are prohibited and punishable by fine.
