Bad Beach Behavior. In the last week there have been dozens of juvenile arrests for fighting at various local beaches including Hampton Beach in NH, Revere Beach and Carson Beach in South Boston. This past Saturday a riot broke out at Hampton Beach where local police had to call in other police from surrounding towns to disperse the massive crowd of juveniles who were fighting.
