Take a Break Already! A new study by New View Strategies reveals that Americans feel guilty about taking vacations. Almost half of all employees aren’t taking all of their vacation time each year. One in three Americans said they feel guilty about taking time off from work and nearly a quarter of Americans stated they are taking less time off than they did before the pandemic.
