Boston Considers Lowering Voting Age… The Boston City Council will vote on a measure that would allow 16 and 17-year-olds the right to vote in municipal elections. If passed, the measure needs to be approved by Mayor Wu and lawmakers on Beacon Hill. Should voting rights be extended to younger teens?

Car-less Boston. A recent study done by LawnStarter finds that Boston is the second-best city to live in without a car. Boston was #1 for its rideshare options and made the top five for its percentage of residents who use public transit. Dan wants to hear your thoughts on Boston becoming increasingly car-less!

Welcome to the Building! A controversial housing bill in NYC has been backed by a majority of City Council members. The Fair Chance For Housing Act is a bill that aims to stop housing discrimination in rentals, sales, and leases based off someone’s criminal history. If the bill passes landlords would not be allowed to perform criminal background checks. Where do you come down on this bill?
