Brookline’s “Rat Crisis.” Some Brookline residents are very concerned about what they call is a “rat crisis” in the town. These residents have put together a petition requesting that the Brookline Select Board fully fund the rodent control plan proposed by the Health Department. WBZ’s James Rojas has the story and will talk with Jordan at 8PM!

“Jenny Loves Me.” Michael Levin is a New York Times best-selling author and Brighton resident who has made it part of his life’s mission to share the story of how his mother and her family escaped the Holocaust, lived in Cuba for 6 years, and started a new life in the U.S. Levin will join Jordan to discuss “Jenny Loves Me”, the musical/comedy drama that is a celebration of mothers and immigrants building a better life in America.

The Language Police Are Coming! The University of Southern California’s School of Social Work has made it a point to exclude the word “field” from their curriculum and replace it with “practicum”. They believe the word could be considered anti-Black or anti-immigrant. Is it? Jordan discusses inclusive language and the efforts to improve upon today’s modern language.
