The MA Pike was built back in 1952, financed with bonds and paid off with tolls over the course of 30 years. The toll booths themselves are gone but the tolls are not. There was a promise to make the Pike a toll-free road so why does the toll still exist?

Permanent Daylight Saving Time? Sen. Marco Rubio has reintroduced legislation that aims to make Daylight Saving Time permanent across the country.
