The Rising Attacks on Postal Workers… This week a Lowell postal carrier was assaulted on the job and admitted to the hospital for his injuries. The incident is the latest case in a rising nationwide trend of attempted robberies of USPS workers. Often times robbers are after checks in the mail or keys that open postal boxes.
