Plastic Ban Coming to the Cape? Residents in Brewster, MA are the latest group of town citizens on Cape Cod to vote on whether to ban plastic utensils and containers. Already 7 of 15 Cape Cod towns are moving towards similar votes that would order local restaurants to require their customers to either bring their own utensils/containers or buy them from the restaurant.
