iLottery? With the popularity of online gambling, especially among sports gambling, the Massachusetts State Lottery is pushing lawmakers to allow online lottery games, now more than ever. State Lottery Interim Executive Director Mark Bracken says the online games would be a completely different play style than those offered at retailers. Plus, the profits would go back to MA cities and towns. Bracken joins Dan to discuss.

Rachael Rollins To Resign After DOJ Probe. U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts Rachael Rollins plans to resign from her position after 16 months in office. The decision comes after the release of two federal government ethics probes. The Dept. of Justice Office of the Inspector General’s report faulted Rollins for leaking non-public DOJ information among other things. Then the US Office of Special Counsel also faulted Rollins for violating the Hatch Act. Tonight, Dan breaks down the reports.

Daniel Penny vs. NY. Marine veteran Daniel Penny restrained fellow NYC subway rider Jordan Neely by placing him in a fatal chokehold, after Neely was seen verbally harassing and abusing other commuters. Penny has been charged with second-degree manslaughter. A crowdfunded legal defense fund was set up for Penny, which has now raised over $2 million by over 42k donors.
