The Macabre and Bizarre. A Salem woman, owner of Kat's Creepy Creations, was recently indicted after her store was raided back in March by the FBI as part of a federal investigation. A December Instagram post for her shop boasted "cool displays" featuring "real human vertebrae." The investigation led to the manager of the morgue at Harvard Medical School who, along with several others, has been charged with trafficking in stolen human remains. A Massachusetts man has now launched a class-action lawsuit against the school and the former morgue manager as he believes his mother’s remains were among the ones sold. Jordan wants your thoughts!
Hope for the Hopeless. Jimmy Blanco was an incredible man. He defied the odds and became one of the longest-living survivors of the world's deadliest brain cancer without the assistance of traditional medicine. He fought for eight years, using natural medicine, a radical diet, mental focus, and faith in God. Fifteen years after his death, an unfinished book he'd been writing was discovered and his daughter, Jamie Blanco, took it upon herself to finish it. She joins Jordan tonight to share, How One Man Fought the World's Deadliest Brain Tumor on His Terms and Won.
