A Fourth Indictment. Former President Donald Trump has been criminally charged for the fourth time by a grand jury in Georgia in connection with efforts to change the 2020 presidential election results. The 41-count indictment also names Trump's top allies, including his lawyer Rudy Giuliani, his former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, and a top former Justice Department official, Jeffrey Clark.
