The Right to Housing. Massachusetts’ Right to Shelter law is one of only three in the country, making the Bay State a desirable destination for migrants. Representative Peter Durant is calling for its repeal stating changes are needed. One solution offered was to make it only available to U.S. citizens. Durant joins Dan to discuss.
Campus Free Speech. Although Harvard University is consistently ranked one of the best to attend, it falls short in the free speech category. This year, the Ivy League university received zero points out of 100 from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression’s annual rankings.
