Flying a Palestinian Flag in North Andover! - It has not happened yet, but that request will be considered at a Select Board meeting next Monday at North Andover High School. A local college student has submitted a request and next Monday’s Select Board meeting will occur at the town’s high school because so many people on both sides of this issue want to attend.
