A movement has taken root to draft United States Senator and former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney for President on a ticket with United States Senator Joe Manchin for Vice President. This move comes as a growing number of Americans express interest in a third option for President; that other than Joe Biden or Donald Trump. The EV Agenda. President Joe Biden’s climate bill, known as the Inflation Reduction Act, includes an EV charger tax credit program that is designed to include subsidies for “low income” or “non-urban” areas of the country. The Department of Energy’s interactive eligibility map show parts of Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are among the areas that the administration has classified as “low-income” and eligible for receipt of EV charger subsidies.
