Halting Traffic on Boston’s Expressway! A group of what appeared to be a hundred bicyclists and motor scooter riders took to Boston’s freeway on Sunday taking up two lanes and forcing traffic to a standstill. State police say they have not made contact with any of the reckless individuals on bikes and scooters. How likely is an incident like this to happen again?
