Last weekend, Back Bay residents in Boston were left stunned when an organized group took to drag racing, wrong-way driving, and doing burnouts in the neighborhood streets. At least 40 people and 15 vehicles were involved. Police said they received about 30 calls via 911 relating to the incident. Boston City Councilor Sharon Durkan joined Dan to discuss.
