Assessing MA’s Right to Shelter Law. Massachusetts has been struggling to not only find housing for the influx of migrants arriving in the state, but also for the cost of running shelters. Tragedy in Northborough. On Mother’s Day, tragedy struck the town of Northborough where a 16-year-old was shot and killed at a house party with roughly 300 attendees. Police were called to the scene of the party where they heard gunshots. Three adults have been arrested on firearms charges in connection with the shooting, but so far, no homicide charges have been filed. Dan will discuss the investigation and take your calls.
