Harvard University’s largest division, their Faculty of Arts and Sciences, made the decision that they will no longer require diversity statements for their faculty. This comes five years after the school first started implementing the requirement that incoming faculty submit an essay explaining how they would advance “diversity, inclusion, and belonging” in their work.
