The Paris Olympics! A lot has transpired in the last week since the Olympic games began. Currently, the U.S. leads the medal count with a total of 43 medals and counting. Gymnast Simone Biles has made a triumphant return to the Olympics earning a 2nd career Olympic gold in women's gymnastics all-around. Joining Gary to discuss all things Olympics is Trenni Casey of NBC Sports Boston!

Educating Our Youth. It appears our youngest generations like Gen Z get a bad rap for how they approach work. At times they have been stereotyped as “lazy” or “lacking a good work ethic” but in reality, they just approach work differently than some of their older counterparts. Rich Kimball, teacher, assistant principal, and broadcaster, joins Gary to discuss the topic and what students really need.

“Unseen Innocence.” Unseen Innocence is a documentary about the wrongful murder conviction of Lionel “Ray Ray” Williams who was sentenced to 51 years to life in March 1979 for the death of iconic Hollywood actor Sal Mineo. The film directed by Letitia McIntosh dives into the systemic issues that led to Ray Ray’s conviction and his tireless quest for exoneration. Letitia McIntosh and Ray Ray Williams join Gary to discuss!

The Political Arena. Things are heating up in the race for the White House and will only get hotter from here as we head towards November! Today the Democratic National Committee announced Vice President Kamala Harris received enough votes in a virtual roll call to be the party’s presidential nominee. Harris should be announcing her running mate in the coming weeks. Emmy Award winning producer, writer and comedian, Sam Mettler joins Gary to discuss the world of politics right now.
